Announcing: WoW Festival
This summer, the City of Women will warm up the feminist atmosphere with the WoW Festival!
Festival will take place between 12 and 25 June 2021. At the summer WoW Festival we will explore women’s lives and celebrate their accomplishment.
The WoW Festival presents the accomplishments of women* from different walks of life in the most diversehistoric periods and places. Many ofthem had to leave their homes and, in addition to everydaychallenges, engage in fierce struggles in order to find theirplace in the sun, whether they endedup going abroad or coming here from foreignlands.t!

* The term woman also addresses trans- and other non-binary persons.
The WoW Festival is part of the European project Women on Women, co-financed by the European Union's Creative Europe program. It is organized by the City of Women in cooperation with partner organizations K-zone (Croatia), Tiiiit! Inc. (Northern Macedonia) and Outlandish Theater Platform (Ireland).
