Uroš Pajović

Uroš Pajović is a researcher who perceives self-management and non-alignment as paradigmatic starting points for research on the politics of space and international solidarity within the “Third World”, aiming to connect them with contemporary principles. He curates, writes, and creates spatial installations. He is a founding member of the artist collective Center for Peripheries, operating at the intersection of social research and space-based art. He is also co-curating an ongoing series of exhibitions exploring the politics and poetics of water – a three-part project taking place in Belgrade (Cultural Centre of Belgrade, 2022), Berlin (2023), and Teheran (expected in 2024). He is the Art Director of the Weekend Edition of Berliner Zeitung, loves signage in public space, Californian toponyms and odonyms, and jaywalking.
