The recovered-vaccinated-tested condition
Event attendance is possible, if the person has:
1. A proof that they tested negative on a PCR or a COVID-19 rapid test not more than 48 hours prior to the event,
2. A proof of vaccination against COVID-19, which proves that no less than:
‒ 7 days have passed since the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, or 14 days since the second dose of the Moderna vaccine, or
‒ 21 days have passed since the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine, or
‒ 14 days have passed since the dose of the Janssen vaccine, or
3. A proof that they tested positive on a PCR test older than 10 days (unless the physician has issued a different opinion) but not older than 6 months, or
4. A medical certificat stating that they have recovered from COVID-19 and that no more than 6 months have passed since the onset of the symptoms.
This does not apply to end users who are younger than 18 years and are attending the public cultural event together with their close family members or carers.
